All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the specific travel supplier (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).
Prices are subject to change until payment is made in full.
It is your responsibility to review all travel documents for accuracy and to comply with passport, visa, vaccination, and other travel requirements.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Payments & Cancellations
Payments
Full payment or a deposit is required as stated at the time of booking.
Final payment deadlines will be provided in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Jamayka.jamaykinmehappy.com.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.). These policies may include non-refundable deposits, change fees, or full penalties depending on the timing of your cancellation.
Jamaykin Me Happy service fees are non-refundable.
In the event that a supplier cancels or significantly changes your booking, we will work on your behalf to secure alternate arrangements or refunds per supplier policies, but we are not responsible for decisions made by third-party suppliers.
Travel Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events such as illness, trip interruptions, or weather-related issues.
4. Limitation of Liability
We act only as an agent for the travel suppliers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the acts or omissions of these suppliers.
You agree to hold us harmless for any issues arising from third-party services.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and other content on this site are owned by Jamaykin Me Happy unless otherwise stated.
You may not use our branding or materials without prior written consent.
